NT Link Champs Try-outs |

|
|
A second lot of trails for the NT Link Netball Champsionships will be held for all grades - 13/U's, 15/U's & 17/U's - at the Netball Courts on Tuesday 3rd August at 4pm.

Eloise Southby-Halbish |

Former Australian GA, GS and current 19/Under Australian coach Eloise Southby-Halbish will be visiting Alice Springs from August 8-11.
While in town Eloise will be conducting 3 different sessions.
- Sunday 8th all 13/U and 15/U players are welcome to come down to the courts and have a training session with Eloise from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
- Monday 9th Eloise is running a training session for all Academy, NTIS, & NT Underage Reps.
- Tuesday 10th all 17/Unders and Open grade players are welcome to a training at the courts with Eloise from 5:30pm
All players and coaches are invited to attend these sessions and enjoy everything Eloise has to offer!

If you would like to attend the NT Link NT Netball Championships in Darwin this year, please click HERE to download the applications form, or enquire via e-mail at to the office. The Championships are being held on the weekend of the 17-19th of September 2010. There are positions for Coaches, managers and selectors for the 13/U, 15/U, 17/U and Open team. Please submit your nomination form to the office by 14 May.

Given the time and effort that goes into running a course it is now going to be a pre-requisite that anyone wishing to attend the course will need to pass the online exam. Anyone wishing to participate in the course will need to supply Elissa Wingrove (

) with a copy of their certificate and they will be advised when a course will be held once sufficient numbers are achieved.

Masters Games Coordinator Required |

The Alice Springs Netball Association is searching for a Masters Games Coordinator. The Masters Games are on from 9 - 16 October, although a lot a planning and organisation is required in the weeks prior to this. The position requires a motivated person with good organisation and communications skills. It is a very rewarding job and the association is willing to pay you for the hours you put in.

Umpire Exam Online |

The Section One Theory Exam is now available on line!! Simply complete the exam online, receive a 70% pass, print out your certificate and show it to the ASNA Umpires Coordinator. The exam is timed, you have 60 minutes to answer 100 questions so it really is a matter of knowing your rules before you start.
